Witch Hat Craft
In the reservoir of Halloween arts and crafts, one name that deserves a
special mention is that of witch hat craft. Witch hat gives a real
monster look and the best part is that, it's making doesn't involve any
cumbersome steps.
Here are the steps as to how to make the witch hat:
- Take a black poster board card sheet and using compass, draw a
big circle that will be utilized as the brim of the hat. Also draw a
second circle inside it according to the size of the wearer’s
head.
- The next step consists of cutting out the circles and so you will
get the hat’s brim. Keep it aside for a while.
- Cut another circle from the poster board card sheet, about 15 cm
larger in diameter than the diameter of the brim.
- Cut a slit along the radius of this circle and fold it so as to
form a cone shape, so that it gets fit inside the brim. Now staple
the overlapping parts.
- The next step consists of taping the cone on the inside of the
brim. For making the hair of the witch, add raffia at the backside
of the hat.
- If you wish to make your hat look more glamorous, then you can
add on silver stars and moons to the hat.
